- Personal Identification: Full Name, Email Address, and optional Profile Avatar / Photo uploaded during registration or profile management.
- Delivery Address: Complete postal address to schedule and fulfill physical device shipments.
- Referral & Transaction Metadata: Unique referral codes, inviter/invitee association, wallet earnings, and lucky draw coupon serials.
- Technical & Device Data: IP address, browser type, and anti-flash UI theme preferences stored in local browser storage.
2 How We Use Your Data
We process your information solely for legitimate operational purposes:
- To authenticate your session via secure OTP.
- To record pre-booking priority batch allocations.
- To credit instant referral rewards into your wallet ledger.
- To issue serialized lucky draw coupons and communicate winner results.
- To deliver ordered electronic products and verify customer identity at doorstep.
3 Payment Security & Razorpay Gateway
All electronic transactions on DevMobile are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. DevMobile does not store or process sensitive payment instruments such as Debit/Credit Card numbers, CVV codes, UPI MPINs, or NetBanking passwords on its servers. We only retain transaction confirmation identifiers (Order ID, Payment ID, Signature) for ledger verification and receipt generation.
4 Profile Photos & Storage Security
User profile photos are strictly sanitized, verified for MIME integrity (JPEG, PNG, WebP), and saved with unique cryptographic filenames in protected storage. Uploaded images are exclusively used to personalize your user dashboard and administrative records, and are never repurposed or traded.
5 Data Sharing & Non-Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to advertisers or third-party marketers. Data is only shared with authorized logistics partners strictly necessary for delivering your pre-booked items, or when required by legal authorities under applicable Indian laws.
6 Your Privacy Rights
You have the right to access, inspect, update, or delete your account information at any time via your Profile Management dashboard. You may also update your delivery address or replace your profile avatar whenever desired.
